Raymond Chabot Ressources Humaines inc. (“RCRH” “we” “us” or “our”) is committed to ensuring the protection and confidentiality of the personal information that you provide or that we collect when you visit our website or interact with us.   • identification and other background check data, such as a copy of a driver's license, passport or utility bill, proof of beneficial ownership or source of funds information, required to comply with anti-money laundering laws and collected as part of our engagement acceptance and ongoing monitoring procedures;

  • any other personal information about you or third parties that you provide to us.

We do not knowingly collect information from children or others under the age of 14. If you are a minor under the age of 14, please do not provide us with any personal information without the express consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your children have provided us with personal information, please contact us.

4.2 Sharing of Personal Information Between Affiliates

Unless prohibited by law, we may share your personal information with our affiliates or our various departments within the Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Group, for the following purposes:

  • manage your business relationships with us and our affiliates;
  • comply with any requirements prescribed by law or regulations;
  • provide you with services that you have requested from us.
