In keeping with the culture and values of the Conseil des Atikamekw d'Opitciwan (CAO) and the mission of the department, coordinates all special education activities for elementary and secondary students with disabilities or learning or adjustment difficulties (ADHD). Must offer the necessary support to students with special needs or at risk of failure to promote their academic success in various contexts (regular class, special class, special school, etc.), adapting interventions to the needs of these students and collaborating with other educational agents. As a special education resource person, facilitates the implementation of educational strategies and programs that promote the progress and success of students with special needs.
